Insurance

I do not accept insurance. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement. A free 15-minute consultation is available to determine fit.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.(Billing is processed through SimplePractice)

Cancellation Policy

Sessions are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be charged $100 unless the cancellation is due to a covered emergency. Payment will be processed using the card on file the day before your scheduled session.
