What can I expect to get out of therapy?
Therapy looks different for everyone, depending on your goals and situation. Many clients seek clarity, guidance for breaking unhelpful patterns, or support navigating life challenges. My goal is to create a safe space where you can gain insight, relief, confidence, and the tools you need to move forward.

I provide therapy for individual adults, specializing in trauma-informed care. My primary approach is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy especially effective for trauma, PTSD, and challenging life experiences.
I also integrate other evidence-based approaches, including:
- Attachment-Based Therapy
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Strength-Based Therapy
Common areas I work with include:
- Trauma / PTSD
- Anxiety and stress
- Depression
- Life transitions and major changes
- Self-esteem challenges
- Burnout prevention
- Grief and loss
How long does it take to feel better?
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people notice relief after the first session, while for others it may take several sessions. Therapy is a process, and we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
How can I know if we are good match?
